On this Mother's Day, I experienced a great service from Youzigift. I didn't know my mom's address other than it's Shandong province, Weihai city. It was actually not Weihai, it was a small city 2 hours driving from Weihai. This didn't delay the delivery, my mom received the flowers by noon on the Mother's Day. And flowers were fresh. Your customer service phone access is very easy and convenient (I can call in night, phone access is no delay and responsible and timely email response). In general it is great service.  Very appreciated.

If there are more products provided to be selected for oversea delivery that will be even better.  I know it is not so easy to manage when delivery products become more and more.  However this probably will create more order placement.

When ordering a cake for my mom, I made mistake by putting my own address as the shipping address. I called the custom service and they helped me correct the address immediatly. The whole deliver was well on time and they even called my mom to confirm the cake was delivered. Also for the same exact item the price is much better than the other similar website.
